Ness was brilliant throughout, from constructing a well researched personalised eulogy, to arranging the order of service details and suggesting appropriate poems through to conducting a professional and moving funeral service. First class performance all round.

Ness recently conducted the funeral for my Dad, and did so with a perfect combination of warmth and dignity. We met with her well before the service and she took care to understand what the family wanted and just how to pitch her words to suit how we remembered him. We had several 'phone conversations and emails as well. She really made me feel that nothing was too much trouble to ask.
While everyone is aware that it's perhaps a difficult time, it was a source of great comfort to know that the funeral was in such safe hands.
With her professionalism, kindness and presence, Ness gave the family real peace of mind before and during the service, and I highly recommend her.
